
For Private Pay Clients (Non-Insurance) - Payment is due at the time services are provided. Clients who are using insurance, payment (which includes deductibles, out of pocket, and/or co-insurance) is due at time explanation of benefit is received. You will receive a statement in your client portal and can make payment online.
No, you can choose to pay online, cash, or check. You can choose to keep a card on file and/or enroll in autopay.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, HSA, Zelle. Returned checks will incur a $27.50 fee.
If a client fails to pay for their session, either at the time of the session (private pay clients), or after insurance processes your session, future sessions will be paused until any unpaid balance is resolved. Clients experiencing financial hardship are encourage to discuss options proactively.
Reduced-fee appointments are offered within a range of $100–$180 per session, based on a specific criteria (income, financial obligations, and overall ability to pay.)
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed and confirmed in writing prior to the reduced rate taking effect. Reduced-fee appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Reduced fees are temporary and will be reviewed every three (3) months to ensure ethical and sustainable practice.

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows are billed 50% of the agreed upon session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the clinician’s discretion.
Insurance generally does not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled sessions; clients are fully responsible for these fees.
Any time reserved for court appearances will be billed at $250 per hour for all preparation of written reports, oral testimony and travel/waiting time. Additional fees apply for extra hours or legal consultations.
A crisis session is designed for clients experiencing significant emotional distress or facing complex or potentially life-threatening circumstances. These sessions provide immediate support and intervention and may include risk assessment, emotional stabilization, and safety planning. The goal is to help the client regain a sense of safety, reduce immediate distress, and connect them with appropriate ongoing support or resources if needed.
