3. No Therapist-Client Relationship Through Website

A therapist-client relationship is formed only after completion of intake and signing a written Client Services Agreement.

4. Telehealth Services (If Applicable)
Telehealth services, if offered, are provided in compliance with Indiana law.

Emergency services cannot be provided through this Website.

5. Mandatory Reporting & Legal Exceptions
As required under Indiana law, confidentiality may be limited in circumstances including:
Suspected abuse or neglect
Threats of serious harm
Court orders or legal requirements

6. Fees and Good Faith Estimate
Fees are discussed prior to treatment and outlined in your Client Services Agreement.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for non-emergency services.
If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge under federal law.
Estimates will be provided within required legal timeframes.
