Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, but this changes regularly. I do also offer a waitlist when not accepting.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, but you must in the state of Indiana.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, I am in-network with a limited number of providers, but this is changing. Please contact me for the specific status of providers. When requested by client, I will provide Superbill submit to insurance company.
How much do sessions cost?
It depends on the session and service. For more information, please seee rates and fees page.

What are your working hours?
My hours are typically 8-4, but that is fluid.
Do you offer free consultations?
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultations to determine if we are a good fit together and if this seems like the appropriate level of care.
What to expect during your first session?
In your first psychotherapy session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and establish a foundation for our work together. Here’s what you can expect:Building a Safe Space: The first priority is to make sure you feel comfortable and heard. This is typically when I complete a comprehensive assessment. Together, we’ll outline what you hope to achieve in therapy. These goals can evolve over time, but it's important to have a sense of direction from the start.
What is the cancellation/missed appointment policy?
I require a credit card to be on file before your first appointment.If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session time, you will not be charged. However, if your session is cancelled less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the agreed upon rate. For intensives, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon scheduling. The remaining balance is due on the first day of your intensive.
